None of this asks to be taken on faith. All commissions are gated at the start — the moisture of the timber is measured at selection and must meet its baseline, in the 10–12% range matched to the conditioned Singapore home, before the work begins. No piece proceeds on hope.
And before the finish is laid down, the moisture of your finished piece is read once more and recorded. For every major commission, that reading — the stability of your furniture, particular to your piece — is written into a Commissioning Certificate that leaves with the completed work.
